Thomas Baxter Jr., age 85, a beloved resident of Millville, NJ, left us on Friday, December 13th, 2024. Born and raised in Millville, Thomas was the son of the late Thomas Baxter Sr. and Harriet Baxter. He was preceded in death by his partner, Joseph Molloy, and siblings Clarence Baxter, Joyce Panzner, Frank Baxter, Carol Saul, and Harry (Sue) Baxter. He is survived by his brothers, Fred Baxter Sr. (Rose Parent) and Donald Baxter, who will deeply miss him. He leaves behind a loving family, including nieces and nephews Tommy Beebe, Vance (Peggy) Beebe, Vanna Baxter, Lauren Baxter, Carolee Baxter, Jimmy Baxter, Joey Panzner, Rhonda Ellis, Terri Hansen, Crystal Rodriguez, Julie Baxter, Freddy Baxter, Jr., Liza Parent, and Diane Baxter, as well as many great nieces and nephews who will carry forward his legacy of love and kindness.

A proud alumnus of Millville High School, Thomas served his country honorably in the United States Army from 1963 to 1965. After his military service, he embarked on a career at Kerr Glass before transitioning to a role as a computer programmer at Millville Airworks. His career later took him to Chicago and eventually to Virginia, where he fulfilled his dream of raising Arabian horses and dogs on his farm.

Thomas's love for animals was well-known, and he found great joy in caring for his horses and dogs.

In accordance with his wishes, a private cremation will be held. The family invites those who knew Thomas to share their memories and condolences on the tribute wall, celebrating a life well-lived and a man deeply loved.
