Sherry L. (Green) Karcher

Sherry L. (Green) Karcher, age 70 of Rosenhayn passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, May 24, 2024 in her home.
 

Born and raised in Bridgeton, she was a life long resident.  

  Sherry graduated from Bridgeton High School and then received her Associates Degree from the Cumberland County College.  

  For 25 years she worked for the Cumberland County Office on Aging in Bridgeton as their Case Manager and retired.   Prior to that she worked for the local radio station.  

  A few of her favorite pastimes were decorating her home and her yard, and doing yard work, but most of all, she adored her grandchildren and spending time with her family.

  Sherry will be sadly missed by her husband of 43 years, Jesse Karcher Sr.; her children, Jesse Karcher Jr. and his wife Audrey, Jessica Propert and her husband Matthew, and Jenna Karcher; and her three grandchildren, Jesse R. Karcher, Jackson Karcher and Ava Karcher.  She was predeceased by her parents, Theodore and Beatrice (Ayars) Green.
 

At the family's request, cremation and memorial services will be held privately at a later date.  Memories of Sherry for her family may be shared on the tribute wall.
