Sandra Horoshak Obituary
Sandra Horoshak, age 87, of Millville, NJ, passed away on Monday January 13, 2025 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland.
Sandra is predeceased by her parents Jacob and Stella (nee Ditko) and her sister Olga. She is survived by her sisters Helen and Patricia of Newark, DE, as well as many cousins.
Sandra was born in Millville and attended Millville Public School, graduating from Millville High School in 1955. She retired from Cumberland County Board of Social Services and enjoyed photography, crafting, and sewing. She was a member of the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, the Sisterhood of Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the Ukrainian American Club.
A viewing will be held on Thursday January 16, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Christy Funeral Home, 11 West Broad St. Millville, NJ. A Panachyda Service will begin at 7:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday January 17, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 824 Carmel Rd., Millville, NJ. There will be no viewing before the mass. Interment will follow the mass in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sandra's memory to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church. Memories of Sandra and condolences for her family may be shared on her tribute wall.
