Christy Funeral Home announces, that due to inclement weather, the memorial service for Roland "Ron" Tozer is postponed until Monday, February 17, 2014 at 2 p.m. Family and friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. This replaces the service that was previously scheduled for Thurs., Feb. 13.
Roland "Ron" Tozer, age 53 of Millville, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, February 6, 2014 after a brief illness.
Born and raised in Millville, he worked as a Chef for Peter Pan Restaurant until it closed due to a fire. Ron also worked for several other restaurants, and the Holly Farms.
Ron attended the Second United Methodist Church in Millville. He was a conversationalist, and he enjoyed socializing.
Ron is survived by two brothers, Michael Tozer of Millville, and Timothy Tozer of Maple Shade; one sister Patty Grey; four nieces and one nephew. He was predeceased by his parents, Roland C. Tozer and Frances (Maines).
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, February 17, 2014 in the Christy Funeral Home, 11 W. Broad St., Millville. Family and friends will be received on Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private at a later date.
