Robert Breeden Obituary

Robert John Charles Breeden, age 69, unexpectedly passed away on November 28,
2023. Born to the late Roland and Lois Breeden, he grew up in Millville. He graduated from the
Millville High School, Class of 1972. He soon after married his High School sweetheart Karen
Breeden, and at the young age of 18 they began their lives together.

He was a loyal and devoted husband to his wife Karen for 49 years, whom he lovingly
cared for up to her death on May 10th of 2022. As a devoted and selfless father, he worked
hard to provide and care for his two sons. Bobby worked as a welder, fabricator, mechanic and
painter. However, the only job he enjoyed was being able to work assisting in his son’s growing
business for several years, then along side both sons for a few more. He could fix anything and
was a creative problem solver. His home was filled with much of his own handiwork. If Karen
could dream it, he could build it!

He was a man who gave of his time, energy and physical body to help others. Every
injury and scar on his body was a testament to his selflessness. Bobby was a fiercely loyal
friend. If you needed something, you could count on him to go out of his way to help. He loved
to tell a good story, especially those that would leave you laughing.

Bobby enjoyed fishing, boating, water skiing, ice skating, taking Karen on motorcycle
rides and he loved camping. Spending time around the campfire with family and friends were
some of the best moments. He made many memories taking his family camping over the years
and continued that tradition with his grandchildren.

Bobby will be sadly missed by his sons, Kevin Breeden and his wife April of Lancaster,
PA, and Jeff Breeden and his wife Christina DeMarco Breeden of Pittsburgh; his brother Roland
Breeden of Mt. Dora, FL; his grandchildren John and Kelsey Breeden; one niece Lauren and
her husband Rob Holtrey and their two children Joshua and Kara of Winter Park, FL; and two
nephews, Jason and his wife Bess and their two children Waylon and Katelyn of Fleetwood,
PA, and Michael Breeden of NJ. Bobby and Karen together will also be missed by those whom
viewed them as parents and by good neighbors and close friends who considered them family.

He truly was a good man.  Memories and condolences may be shared using the tribute wall tab.
