Richard Allen Fullerton, of Dorchester, NJ, passed away on Monday, May 5th, 2025 at Complete Care at Court House. Born in Salem, NJ, Richard was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend who touched the lives of many with his kindness and zest for life.
Richard is survived by his devoted wife, Cindy Fullerton, and his cherished daughter, Rachel Fullerton. He leaves behind his loving parents, Robert and Dorothy Fullerton. Richard was a beloved brother to Robert (Lisa) Fullerton, Ronald (Evelyn) Fullerton, Sandra (Gary) Navone, and Cynthia Fullerton. He was also a treasured uncle to many nieces and nephews, who will fondly remember his warmth and humor. He is predeceased by his nephew Timmy Owens.
A dedicated professional, Richard worked as a manager at JC Erhlich in Vineland, NJ. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, a testament to his dedication and love for his nation. His service was a source of pride for his family and community.
Richard had a passion for life that was evident in his many interests. He found joy in traveling to national parks, where he marveled at the beauty of nature and the animals that inhabited it. A talented cook, he delighted in preparing meals for his family, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Richard was an avid hockey fan, especially of the Philadelphia Flyers, and he found solace in the melodies of country music. His love for his pets was boundless, and they brought him immense happiness.
Cremation will be held privately. A graveside service with military honors will be held at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Millville, NJ, on Friday, May 23rd, 2025, at 11:00 am. Memories of Richard and condolences for his family may be shared on his tribute wall.
