Phillip Phillips, age 86 of Millville passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Inspira Medical Center Mannington in Salem, NJ after a lengthy illness.

He was born in New York City, NY to the late Christos and Ann (Baich) Phillips.  He grew up in Chester, PA, graduated from Chester High School, and then from PMC (Pennsylvania Military College).  On his graduation Phillip joined the United States Army and served in Texas before he was honorably discharged.  

For over 40 years Phillip lived in Millville and worked as a counselor for Cumberland County.  

A few of his favorite pastimes were spent working in his yard, admiring the loveliness of flowers, and spending time at his summer home in North Wildwood.  

Phillip will be sadly missed by his sister Constance DeNight and her husband John of DE; and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his husband Michael Sandifer; his brother Daniel Jenks; and his loving dog Peking.

A private memorial service will be at the convenience of the family.
