Peggy Ann (Griffiths) Huff, age 64 of Millville passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at home.
Born in Millville to the late Harry and Joan Ann (Roselle) Griffiths Jr., she graduated from Millville High School Class of 1978 and was a lifelong resident.
Peggy soon met her future husband, Steve while working a few years at Wawa. For the next 36 years, she worked for the City of Millville. She began as a Switchboard Operator and retired in 2019 as the Local Registrar.
Peggy enjoyed spending time with her mom and Aunt Helen at the beaches in Ocean City, camping and attending dirt bike races for her son and grandchildren, her pool, her plants, doing yard work, cruising, vacationing with her grandchildren and family, and feeling the tranquil breeze while riding with Steve on his motorcycle. Going to car shows throughout her life was another favorite pastime for Peggy. Once she retired she treated herself to a beautiful corvette with her signature phrase on the tag "GOTTAGO." Peggy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Peggy is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Steven Thomas Huff Sr.; her sons, Steven Thomas Huff Jr. (Beata), and Darren Reed Huff (Ashleigh); four grandchildren Zachary, Rylee, Aubree and Karlie; two nieces Julianne Jones (Anthony) and their daughter Milliana, and Savannah Huff; one nephew George Huff Jr.; cousins and many friends. She was predeceased by her sister Rebecca Joan Hanners; and her special Aunt Helen Roselle.
