Pamela R. Beck, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and daughter, left us on Thursday, December 26th, 2024. Born and raised in Millville, NJ, Pam spent most of her life in New Jersey (as well as Lancaster, PA) where she built a life of love and happiness for her family.

Pam dedicated much of her career to the Cumberland County Guidance Center, where she worked in Human Resources. However, it was her family that that was her passion. Pam dedicated her life to her children and family, with whom she taught to live a full and impactful life. Whether she was searching for seashells on the beach with her grandkids, endeavoring on one of many road trips with her children, planning a wonderfully chaotic family gathering or making wreaths and flower arrangements, Pam created lasting memories for her family. Her love of simple pleasures was a true testament to her warmth and generous spirit.

Pam is survived by her loving family, including her daughter Theresa Jones (Brandon) and her son Douglas Beck (Beth). She was a devoted grandmother to Theodore, Louis and Charlotte, with whom she showered with love and affection. Pamela also leaves behind her beloved mother, Lois R. Barber and her siblings Louis R. Barber III (Elaine) and Catherine M. Barber (Susan). She was preceded in death by her father Louis R. Barber Jr. and loving grandmother Charlotte E. Parker.

In accordance with her wishes, a private cremation will be held. The family invites those who knew and loved Pam to share their memories and condolence’s on the tribute wall, celebrating her life and the impact she had on so many.  As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations in Pamela's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or Cumberland County SPCA.
