Nicholas Matthew Troolin

  Nicholas Matthew Troolin, age 77 of Vineland, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden.    He had been in declining health since August.  
  Nicholas was born in Millville to the late Homer and Jean (Melnick) Troolin, and he graduated from Millville High School, Class of 1966.  He enlisted that same year and served in the United States Army for three years during the Vietnam War.  
  When he returned home, Nicholas worked for Airwork Corp. and then Dallas Airmotive in Millville as an engine painter for 34 years and retired.
  He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Millville.  A few of his favorite pastimes were talking on his ham radio, photography, painting and being outdoors, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
  Nicholas will be sadly missed by his wife of 49 years, Norma (DaSilva); and two sons, Walter A. Troolin and William E. Troolin, both of Vineland.
  Private services will be at the convenience of the family.
