Mary Elizabeth Weil, of Millville, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 24th, 2025. Born in Bridgeton, NJ, Mary spent her early years in Newport, NJ, before making Millville her home since 1963. She was 85 years old.
Mary dedicated 42 years of her life to Wheaton Glass in Millville, NJ, where she was known for her hard work and commitment. She found joy in camping, bowling, and traveling, often embarking on bus trips with her cherished friends.
She is survived by her life partner of 42 years, Robert Fanz, who stood by her side through life's many adventures. Mary leaves behind her loving daughters, Sheri Weil-Hogan and Mary Levoyer (Marco), as well as Robert's daughters, Amy Fanz (Scott Emory) and Terrianne Fanz-Falzone (Steve). Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Ian, Heather, Kaleigh, Rachel, and Alexandra, along with Robert’s grandchildren: Charlotte, Abby, and Justin. Mary is also survived by her brother, Terry Welden (Patty).
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Welden Sr. and Mary Welden; her spouse, Warren Weil; and her siblings, Clarence Welden Jr., Dennis Welden, and Deborah Welden.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a viewing to be held at Christy Funeral Home in Millville, NJ, on Friday, January 31st, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Millville. Mary's family invites those who knew her to share memories and condolences on the tribute wall.
