Marilyn H. Breeden, age 62 of Washington Crossing, PA, passed away Saturday evening, June 29, 2013 at the Chandler Hall Hospice Center in Newtown, PA.
Born and raised in Millville, Marilyn graduated from Millville High School, class of 1967. She then graduated from Trenton State College, and later she earned her MBA from Rider University.
Marilyn taught school for a few years and then she worked for Delaware Investment Advisors in Philadelphia, PA.
She married and settled in Washington Crossing, where she worked for Penn Asian and most recently for Airgas Co. in Bensalem, PA.
Marilyn enjoyed photography, reading, fencing and raising pet cats. She was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church in Newtown, PA.
Marilyn is survived by two sons, William Nichols and Andrew Nichols, both of Washington Crossing, PA; cousins, Shawn Marsh, Ryan Clark, Hilee Waterhouse, and Donald C. "Skip" Huston, Jr., D.O.; her dear friends, Carole Keenan and Michelle Smith; and her former husband Richard W. Nichols. She was predeceased by her parents, Howard and Rebecca (Galligan) Breeden.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Friday in the Christy Funeral Home, 11 W. Broad Street, Millville. There will be a viewing on Friday from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Millville.
