Marianne (Maguire) Moss, age 88 formerly of Millville, passed away Saturday morning, December 6, 2025, just two days before her 89 birthday.   She had been a resident at Preferred Care at Cumberland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bridgeton while recovering from an extended illness.  
  
She was born in Vineland to the late Francis and Theresa (Hanlon) Maguire.  Marianne grew up in Millville and graduated from Millville High School.  During her high school years she was a cheerleader and president of the Alpha Xi chapter of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.  

For many years she worked for Dr. Charles P. Spaeth Jr. DDS in Millville as his receptionist and retired. 

Marianne was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Roman Catholic Church in Millville.   She enjoyed traveling extensively with her late husband Kenneth, and she loved caring for her cats and dogs over the years.

Marianne will be sadly missed by her brother Michael Maguire and his wife Roberta of Pittstown, NJ; her nieces Heather and Megan; and two of her closest cousins, Marie Nicke and Claire Scott and many additional cousins.   She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth C. Moss in 2013.

A graveside service for Marianne will be held in Holy Cross Cemetery in the Spring of 2026.  (The date will soon be added).
