Lou Ann (Burchfield) Irizarry Guyer

Lou Ann Irizarry-Guyer (nee Burchfield), age 58, of Fairfield Twp. NJ, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Ronald Guyer. Lou Ann was the loving mother of the late Corey Burchfield, as well as Paul Burchfield and wife, Tiffany Burchfield. She was the proud grandmother of Maximus Briscoe, Easton Burchfield and Presley Burchfield. Dear sister of William Burchfield and wife Betty, Herbert Burchfield and wife Jeanie, Otis Burchfield and wife Becky, Michael Burchfield, Joseph Burchfield, Carolyn Miller and husband Archie, Helen Welch and husband Bill, Reba Dooley and husband Roger, and the late Phyllis Riley. She is also survived and will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Lou Ann was born in Millville, NJ, and resided in Gainesville, GA for many years where she worked as a weaver for Guilford Mills before moving to Fairfield Twp. in 2009.

Lou Ann was passionate about animals, especially dogs, and often donated to the ASPCA. She was very family focused and thoroughly enjoyed hosting family gatherings where she loved cooking for them. She cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are invited to join with Lou Ann's family for a viewing on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the Christy Funeral Home located at 11 W. Broad St., Millville, NJ. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville, NJ. Condolences and remembrances may be shared on the tribute wall.
