Kenneth Paul "Butch" Parent, a lifelong resident of Millville, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, August 13th, 2024. He was a loving husband to Darlene Parent (nee France) for 47 years and a devoted father to Steven Keith Parent, Brandylee (Daniel) Myers, and Kenneth William "Bill" (Melissa) Parent. Kenneth was a proud grandfather to Hailey, Kaitlyn, DJ, and Asher Myers, and Elizabeth and Liam Parent. He will also be deeply missed by his siblings Earl, Bobby, Bruce, and Sandy, as well as by his many nieces and nephews. Kenneth was predeceased by his youngest son Kenneth William "Bill" Parent in 2021. Kenneth lived for his family and would drop everything to help anyone who needed him.

Kenneth was a union construction worker for about 30 years before retiring and devoting his time to his grandchildren for the last 15 years. He also enjoyed listening to country music, watching the Dallas Cowboys, playing poker and shooting pool with his brothers, nephews, cousins, sons and son in law, summer barbecues and playing horseshoes with his family.

A private cremation will be held for Kenneth. Memories and condolences for his family may be shared on his tribute wall.
