Goldie (Ball) McGaha, age 86 of Millville, passed away, Thursday morning, May 23, 2013 at the Millville Center after a brief illness.
Born and raised in Cocke County, TN, Mrs. McGaha lived in Port Elizabeth for 43 years.
She was a homemaker. She loved gardening, animals and listening to country music.
Mrs. McGaha is survived by her children, Shirley McGaha Pal of Millville, Joyce Reeves of Port Elizabeth, Lonnie McGaha of Port Elizabeth, Kathy Carole of Port Elizabeth, Al McGaha of Port Elizabeth and Loretta McGaha of Millville; one sister Sue Smith of Millville; one brother Junior Ball of Newport, TN; 12 grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Rufus in 1980; her parents, Jacob and Sisie (Gunter) Ball; and other brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 30 , 2013 in the Christy Funeral Home, 11 W. Broad Street, Millville. There will be a viewing on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville.
