Eleanor Andrews (nee Hendrickson) age 92, a lifetime resident of Millville, NJ, departed this life peacefully at Spring Oak of Vineland on February 15, 2026 while under the care of her daughter Diane and husband Steve, and the Spring Oak Staff.

Eleanor was born and raised, along with her twin brother Richard, in Millville to Furman and Elizabeth Hendrickson. While in high school, she met the loved of her life Kenneth and they were married shortly after graduation.

Eleanor dedicated her early life to raising her four children. She always played a role in their lives and was proud of all their accomplishments. She and Ken could always be seen cheering on their grandchildren at various sporting and school events. In her earlier years, she especially enjoyed camping, vacations in Sea Isle, and doing crafts. She was always hosting family dinners, especially during the holidays and everyone looked forward to spending time together.

She will be greatly missed by her children Debra Adams (Scott) of Florida, Diane Horin (Steve) of Millville, and Donna Riebe (Kerry) of South Carolina. She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren Christa Horin (Mark), Amy Bepko (Jon), Austin Adams (Debbie), Seth Adams (Shiho), Chad Andrews, Colin Riebe, Kelsey Pettit (Jeff), Courtney Smith (Eddie), and Mackenzie Birdsall (Mike), as well as 18 great-grandchildren.

Eleanor was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Kenneth Andrews, son Brian K. Andrews, sister Gladys Gentry, and brother Richard Hendrickson.

Per Eleanor’s request, there will be no viewing and her interment next to her husband will be held privately. Memories of Eleanor and condolences for her family may be shared on her tribute wall.
