Doris Marie Reeves, age 59 of Millville, passed away Saturday morning, January 4, 2025 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland.
 

Born in Millville, Doris grew up in Vineland, and graduated from Delsea Regional High School, Class of 1984.
 

For many years she worked in the cafeteria's kitchen at Holly Heights School and other schools in Millville.  
 

Doris loved cats, and she rescued and cared for many stray cats throughout her life.  A few of her favorite pastimes were fishing, camping and doing crossword puzzles.
 

Doris will be sadly missed by her husband of 20 years, Mahlon Reeves Jr.; her sons, Nick Brown and Mike Boorman, both of Millville; her daughter Heather Denelsbeck of TX; two sisters, Sharon Thompson and Karen Colaneri, both of FL; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mahlon and Eva Reeves Sr. of Alloway; and her sister-in-law Linda Bauer.  She was predeceased by her mom, Rose Marie Colaneri; and her loving cat, Jazz.
 

A memorial service will be private at the convenience of the family.
