Conchita A. Dancel, age 95, of Millville, NJ, passed away on Monday, July 8th, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Conchita was born in Camiling, Philippines and came to the United States in 1983, residing in Millville since then. She became a US citizen in 1988. Conchita was a beloved homemaker who enjoyed gardening, dancing, singing, playing cards, going to the casino, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her children Florencia (Gerald) Baker, Romeo Dancel, Josie (Javier) Oteyza, Gloria (Alberto) Lazaro, Regidor (Lorinda) Dancel, Sosima (Emmanuel) Villamil, Ronnie (Edita) Dancel, Mauro Dancel, and Marjorie (Juan) Guevarra, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her spouse Cayetano Dancel, her daughter Vilma Agustin, and her granddaughter Mary Rose Dancel.

Viewing will be held at Christy Funeral Home in Millville, NJ on Friday, July 12th, 2024 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm led by her granddaughter Yvette Dancel-Gonzalez. Cremation will be held privately. Memories of Conchita and condolences for her family may be shared on her tribute wall. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
