Carol V. Von Wald (nee Brady), age 73, of Millville, NJ, passed away on Sunday October 8, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She is predeceased by her parents Ruth and Howard Brady, her siblings George, Clyde, Lucy, and Ruth, and her baby son Reginald.
Carol is survived and will be sadly missed by her husband of 55 years, Lee Von Wald; her children Lee (Beth) Von Wald, James Von Wald, and Laura (Chris) Panchesine; her grandchildren Jennifer, Kimberly, Jonathan, Stefanie, Elizabeth, Rebecca, and Luke. She is also survived by her brother Ronald Peterson, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Carol was a loving Pastor’s wife and mother who supported her husband and family endlessly. She was a faithful member of Lighthouse Church of God in Millville. During her lifetime, she served in multiple ministries from children's ministries to being a women's ministry conference speaker. Music also played a major part of her life as she sang and played 5 different instruments: piano, organ, violin, accordion, and mandolin.
A memorial service celebrating Carol’s life will be held on Saturday October 14, 2023. The family will begin receiving guests at 1:00 pm with a service at 2:00 pm at the Lighthouse Church of God, 1727 East Broad St., Millville, NJ. Cremation will be held privately. Memories and condolences may be shared with Carol’s family using the tribute wall tab.
