Barbara (Place) Kapuscinski

Barbara Kapuscinski, a beloved resident of Millville, NJ for 61 years, passed away on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Barbara's life was a testament to love, dedication, and service to her family and community.

Barbara was a devoted Medicare claims manager at Prudential Insurance Company in Millville, NJ, where she worked diligently to support and guide her clients. Her commitment to her work was matched only by her dedication to her family and her community.

Barbara was a former member of the Shekinah Chapter #82 Order of Eastern Star. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured for generations.

Barbara is survived by her loving son, Eugene (Marie) Kapuscinski, and her cherished grandchild, Susan (Eric)Olson. She also leaves behind her step-grandchildren, Christopher (Ashley) and Douglas Hayman, and her great-grandchildren, Amelia and Ryan Olson, and Amanda and Jessica Hanson. Her legacy continues through her great-great-grandchildren, Haileigh and Lily Hanson.

Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George Kapuscinski, her parents, Joseph and Josephine Place, her grandchild, Kristina Hanson, and her great grandchild James Hanson. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with them in peace.

A private cremation will be held. The family invites friends and loved ones to share memories and condolences on her tribute wall, celebrating a life well-lived and a woman deeply loved.
