Arthur A. Caruso, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 11th, 2025. Born and raised in Bronx NY, Arthur's journey through life took him to various places, including upstate New York, Texas, Pennsylvania, and California, before he found his home in Millville, NJ, in 1989.

Arthur dedicated his professional life to serving others as a Food Service Administrator and as a Volunteer Coordinator with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. His passion for food extended beyond his career, as he owned and operated Subway restaurants in both Vineland and Millville. Arthur was known for his love of cooking, hosting big family gatherings, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Caruso, and his loving daughters, Laura Richard (Jeffrey), and Elizabeth Marques (John). Arthur was a proud grandfather to Robert Richard, Nichole Richard, Madison Marques, and Matthew Marques, who brought immense joy to his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arturo and Louise Caruso, and his brothers, Michael and Christopher Caruso.

A visitation will be held at Christy Funeral Home, 11 West Broad St., Millville, NJ, on Monday, August 18th, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A memorial service will follow at 6:00 pm, where family and friends will gather to celebrate Arthur's life. A selection of food and beverages will be served throughout the afternoon, reflecting Arthur's love for bringing together both family and friends, often over an elaborate meal. Memories of Arthur and condolences for his family may be shared on his tribute wall.
